I. The problem

I vividly remember, as it were a nightmare, from frantically searching for contacts of ngo, hospitals to, negotiating with diffrent cab driver for taking our beloved Kukku to hospital.

Whole ordeal brought a daunting picture, the picture of a broken system..., from searching for help to unfortunate unceremonious farewell to our lovely pure hearted soulmate.
